At Foundation Rentals and Relocation, we primarily represent Landlords in Marin. However, our contracted services are available as well to Marin's well-qualified Tenants looking for stellar assistance and we are always happy to help. We and our partners offer property tours, relocation packages, town tours, school consultations, and concierge services, or any combination of services you may need. All of our contracted Relocation Clients enjoy exclusive access to our off-market listings as available.
If would like our undivided attention, are new to the area, or have limited time to sort through rental properties, we offer several different levels of service you can choose between to take advantage of our specialized market knowledge:

A Half Day Consultation Package
If you would rather spend your visit exploring San Francisco and enjoying Marin's restaurants rather than waiting for return phone calls, scheduling appointments, trying to decipher the rental market values, we've got you covered: all our agents offer a half day orientation tour to get you off to a running start. This is a great option if you are in town for the weekend and want to maximize your time. It's also a great option if you are the independent type, but need a quick orientation to get your bearings. The fee for this service runs $375 and is payable in advance. Our Half Day Relocation Consultation Package includes (as needed):

Gold Concierge Client
Full Day Relocation Consultation Package
For the serious home hunter committed to finding a rental in one weekend, or if you need our full attention for the day, our agents additionally offer Full Day Consultation Packages at $695 per day. Tours generally run approximately six hours and include as many property tours (and/or town tours if needed) as we can arrange. You may book up to two consecutive Full Day Tours. The services includes:

Full Relocation Assistance Package
If you are new to the area, or simply do not have time to deal with finding a rental, the Full Relocation Assistance Package might be the best fit for you. This package is for the serious home hunter committed to finding a rental on schedule who needs an agent equally committed. This is also our most personal level of service (the "VIP" level) where we are your agent until you find a place, whether it takes one week or three months. We will show you properties that are both publicly and privately listed. You will have priority service. We will work to uncover the right rental for you whether it's currently on the market or not. With the Full Relocation Assistance Package, we make ourselves available to preview properties on your behalf – even when you are not here and must rent sight unseen. This is especially useful for our clients relocating from overseas. This service also includes San Francisco, East Bay and Sonoma/Napa relocations.
The fee for this service runs one month's rent, with $1,000 retainer fee due up front and the rest payable upon securing a fabulous rental. The Full Relocation Assistance Package includes (as needed):

The "Locals" Consultation Package
Summers are the busiest time of year for rentals in Marin - 2011 in particular is shaping up to be a remarkably competitive rental season. If you live locally but want to gain the competitive edge and full attention from Marin's only true leasing team, we can help. Our agents are happy to offer a tailored "locals" consultation package. Get on our VIP property list (not available to the public) and get premiere access to our listings before they go public. This package includes pre-qualifying applications, credit reports (good for 60 days), and premiere service from one of our dedicated rental agents for 60 days. NOTE: You must pre-qualify for this service and must pass a credit check. The fee for this service is $1,000 for 60 days and includes:

Credit-Impaired Tenant Consultation Package
If you are facing a foreclosure, short sale, bankruptcy or have suffered from other financial setbacks including medical bills or divorce complications that have affected your credit report, if you qualify financially we may be able to help. Please note: not all applicants are eligible. If you qualify and can prove financial solvency, verify ability to pay your targeted rental rate, and are willing to make concessions, our team can help create a rental application and proposal to help you find your home. The fee for this consultation service is $1,000 fee, includes a credit, criminal and eviction check, and is good for 60 days.
